It’s been decriminalized in New Orleans for more than two years now.

Depends on what it is. I guess it could be cbd flower sprayed with Delta-8. Probably not, but it could be. I tired a Delta-8 gummy one day and it it hard. Like way hard. I was expecting nothing, but two hours later I was lit. Not sure how I feel about it. Sounds too good to be true. I don't think I'll try it again until more research comes out on it.
