There's millions of people who eat nothing but meat, but yes that is one example of a world record holder that does.
I don't eat carnivore so I don't have a dog in the fight

Ell oh ell. Not that you had much to begin with, but now you have absolutely zero credibility
Ok you had a few red meat products on your grocery list - red meat is known to cause colorectal cancer - click on the link
There are recent studies, and also one done in 2005.
What do you know about credibility tiny douche?

You can always eat at home cheaper than fast food.

I’ll backhand you to next week if you talk about my smoked chicken and andouille gumbo like that again
I won’t argue there but most meal peppers aren’t eating gumbo for 5 days a week.
Sounds like a great diet tho

Again, I am not arguing that calorically dense foods are a good diet nor do they support good habits. I am pointing out calorie for calorie they are often cheaper when you consider the full cost of putting them on the table.
Our diets are probably very similar: chicken and other lean high protein meat, rice, fruits, and vegetables. The only difference is I probably consume a lot more white/beige carbs to meet my spring through fall 3800 calories.

You're smart enough to know not all calories are created equally through the lense of satiety

the 5 days was an exaggeration, the point was for a family of 4, especially with a pair of teenagers that seem to have bottomless pits for stomachs, you’re not prepping 2 meals a day for a month on $200.
Are you fricking retarded? If it costs him $200/month and you have a family of 4, that’s $200x4 = $800

And you are full of shite. Your link does not list one study where red meat was the causation.
Your lack of credibility is because you do not understand
A) that correlation doesn't equal causation
B) the claim that cooking meat over fire causes carcinogens to stick to the meat may be true...what they don't tell you is the miniscule amounts and you get more carcinogens than that ingested through everyday life
C) you fail to realize funding behind many of these correlation "studies" which really aren't studies to begin with.
I dare you to find me a meta analysis proving your point. If you do you will literally change the world as it would be front page news across the world.

You are correct of course, but there are a couple of problems:
1) a lot of poor people don’t have a reliable stove or oven. This is a small portion of the people who choose to eat processed garbage, but it exists
2) a lot more people are too stupid to shop and cook healthy foods. The information on how to help yourself is out there. Just go to a library and use the internet there. But poor people are generally poor due to a combination of low IQ and poor choices (exacerbated by low IQ). You can’t expect them to make good decisions

He pretty much is.
He is the same type of idiot that argues its cheaper to eat unhealthy.
Same idiots that say it takes too much time, yet they can tell you every thing going on with mutiple TV shows, every ball game etc. Same idiots that claim they do not have time to work out.
I have come to the conclusion most adults are a lost cause, ill just make fun of them. frick em.
If you have a high school kid that is an athlete or cares about the way they look, you should be pre cooking chicken breast/thighs and packaging into 8-12oz and vacuum seal. Pre made hamburgers from 90% lean that are vacuum sealed. Tons of rice.
They should be cooking their own eggs and possibly some bacon and some oats every morning. They are plenty old enough to do that.
Should be bringing lunch 8-12 oz meat plus some rice or potatoes or some left overs that has enty of meat
Bring meat and rice for immediately after school
Bring a protein shake to take immediate after lifting or practice
Eat 12-16 Oz meat plus rice/potatoes for dinner.
Lift heavy, lift hard, lift consistent. Drink only water.
Go listen to Jim wendler or Zach Evan-ish and get kids to follow what they are doing.

It's super unfortunate that this exists, and it does, but it's, what, 3% of people tops? Practically every American has a smart phone and an oven yet 60% or more are overweight or obese

That is very rare, but a damn counter top oven is 50. A hot plate is less than that so for less than 100 and you can have that.
If you can't afford 100 then you just don't care.

That is the bigger issue.
But this all goes back to people making stupid decisions. It's the same kids that made fun of you in second grade and called you a nerd for caring about your grades. Those are the poor fat fuxks now a days.
frick em, hope they Die early before costing me too much money in Healthcare cost.
