Used to love that stuff after a night of drinking and debachary only to be followed by a 5 mile run.

but I do know, the alcohol/sugar strips minerals from the body and there are little minerals in the foods, so people are already low
cells salts and fulvic minerals 3/4 times a day for 6mos or more will slowly rebuild the shortage in the body
organic meats and fruits/veggies will have more than the standard does.

Pedialyte works the best by drinking half the bottle before bed with a glass of water. Then upon waking up, finish the other half with a glass of water

Went to a few day bachelor party recently, and the youngsters were hooking themselves up to IV bags each morning. I was kind of impressed.....and horrified.

I drank a bunch of pedialyte one night after a bender in Nola and while my hangover wasn't bad at all, that shite had me pissing every 20 minutes for a whole day pretty much. It was unreal how much and bad I had to pee. But no hangover so.....

I tried Pedialyte in the early 90s but it was too sweet for me. Do an iv bag then go for a run. Good to go after that.
