People on Facebook are definitely grown. Very grown, as in 70+ years old grown. I don’t know why anybody under 70 would go on Facebook.
It’s kind of ironic since it started as a platform for 18-22 year olds. Who could have imagined what it would become.
There might be some younger people who created a Facebook account years ago that they never post on anymore, but also never bothered deleting. But certainly the people who actually post on Facebook anymore are 70+ years old.

Facebook is a plague. It gives liberal white women a voice they didn’t need. We just had one of our neighbors out her 24 year old son as an alcoholic.

So, you follow Zachary Rants and Raves?
I follow anonymously. Every now and then I toss out a dis about a fried chicken restaurant. Hilarity ensues.
Zachary really is the new Baker, LA.
It's chock full of young and dumb single moms, if that's really who is doing the posts. The past two mayors have completely fricked this place.

Certain teams and organizations require you to fundraise so many times a year. It’s a money making scheme for the organization as it will keep a certain % of it

Recently had a family member post-“Support Jachston’s journey on his trip to wrestling”. The dad has a good job but they spend 2x what they make. I think If you sign your kid up to do something, you need to figure out a way to pay for anything associated with said activity yourself and not beg others because your financial house isn’t in order.

I saw one yesterday.
A woman was asking for a tire. She posted a picture of one of her tires with the steel belt exposed. She posted another picture showing the size of the tire.
She said she needed to drive her daughter to an MRI appointment today (Monday) and if they postponed it would take another 3 months before the next appointment was available.
Really odd.

Im not sure I’ve ever seen that on my FB. Or if so, very rarely.
You need to join one of those groups that is intended for keeping people in your local community informed about things that are going on in the community.
You'll get a lot of information about new restaurants, and such, or people asking for recommendations for a plumber or HVAC repairman.
But you'll also see a lot of people asking for handouts, like "I don't get paid until next Friday, but my kids don't have anything to eat. I would be extremely grateful if someone would go and buy us some food from McDonalds and deliver it our house."
I'm not kidding.
