Was just approached uptown by a couple of guys looking for change. They seemed genuinely nice until I looked down and noticed they were wearing $200 Kobe's and LeBron's. Is this happening a lot throughout New Orleans?

This never happened and you're just trying to trash the pristine realm of New Orleans.

The group that works the corner on Degaulle by Rouse's gets picked up everyday by a guy in a motor home and pretty much dress like normal people. One older guy wears a Panama jack hat and boat shoes. Looks like he's about to board on a cruise ship or some shite. My next door app group have launched an all out assault on theses people.

I saw a chick with her sign hitting the stopped cars at the redlight at Veterans and David Dr. today. Don't usually see too many in Metairie. I guess the JPSO runs them off.

They used to provide a service. Bring you a paper. Wash your windows at a stop sign or some shite. Tell you a story. Something.

Now, even the homeless are too fricking lazy to perform some menial task. They just ask for it.

fricking panhandling trash.

It's been happening since the 19th century at least. Read up on it. It amazes me anyone gives them money. I remember watching atleast one TV documentary on how much more they make than most people. Plus workers comp. plus Medicare.healthcare Plus loan mortgage assist. Plus...ect. Arthur Conan doyle(of Sherlock Holmes game) wrote a mystery of a man living in a large country estate and his wife thought he was a banker or something down town. But he'd change everyday into street clothes and beg because he made more that way.

I've noticed now. Like you have. That they don't even bother to dress like homeless anymore. They'll stand out there with purebred overweight dogs and name brand clothes and people still give them money. The ones in IL carpool to their corners in a nice Tahoe. When in lived in Baton Rouge the ones or Perkins carpooled in a dodge charger
