When an entire industry of beard care products that rival the womens hair care aisle was spawned.

And I have a beard, well goatee anyway. Have had a beard of one sort or another for 20+ years.

My friend is a warden and he said the whole “beard” thing started in jail so the inmates could tell who was “available”

At one time most of the car salesman wore goatee’s and beards. I think they were trying to hide their face.
