I have never once lowered my standards(nor have I ever catfished).
I have been told I look like Eric Decker mixed with a touch of Cary Grant, so I don't need to slum it on occasion (nor have I ever had a slump).

I had this happen to me years ago. I was chatting online with this woman who sent me pics of a woman that ended up not being the woman I met. She was actually prettier than the woman in the pic, but she was pretty heavy. I told her that I was offended that she misled me with the pic and advised her not to do that to the next man she met. I eventually left.
About 6 months later, she showed up at my door and looked amazing! She had lost all that weight and had some other work done. She was in a tight dress and heels. I thought maybe she was going to make it up to me for misleading me the time we met. Nope! She just wanted to come by and thank me for the advice that changed her life. Then she left for her date with that next man. Doh!
