Why not? I'm intrigued to listen

thats a pretty intense workout you got there. If you follow that and eat well you should be a ripped greek god.

There is no way in hell i can play ball for an hour, squat the next day and do 45 min cardio plus another hour of a basketball..

your squat intensity must be lacking. Sounds like that is your ideal week.

Some of it is due to eating a bunch of boiled seafood over the weekend.

I'd say all of it was from that.

I'm also on the clock for turning 40. I try to mix it up from one week to the next so will answer this on a monthly time frame with rough averages:

Weight room - 6x/month
Basketball - 4x/month pickup and 3x/month individual drills
BodyPump - 2x/month
BodyAttack - 2x/month
BodyCombat - 1x/month
Tennis - 1x/month
Volleyball - 1x/month
Disc golf - 1x/month (sometimes leisurely with friends, sometimes running up and down hills by myself while playing)
Golf - once every two months
Walking dog (only count 2+ miles per) - 2x/month
Stretching (mostly hips/achilles) - 25x/month

Sometimes I only do one of the above per day and others I will combine 2/3 in one day. I usually average about 16-17 days working out per month (not counting golf, walking the dog, or stretching). I'm not in super elite shape but feel that taking frequent off days has helped to avoid injuries.

Upper body workout twice a week. Incorporate legs one of those days.

Swim 2 days
Bike 2 days
Run 2 days

I agree %1000000

know how I know you guys don't have a torn meniscus and a blown pit PCL?

Elliptical is only running i do. I do 3 miles 3-4x week. No free weights, all resistance and only on days when i'm at the Y. Play sports with kids and get in 2-3 rounds of golf per week. I plan on adding yoga into the mix soon

I rely heavily on my diet. It is very clean. Only things I supplement are collagen (1,2,3,5,&10) & Probiotic (100billion).

Yoga isn't a workout imo. Most of the male instructors look weak af. I went to a few classes before realizing that I def don't want my body to look like theirs.
