Monday hot yoga
Tuesday hot yoga
Wed - spin / cycle
Thurs hot yoga
Fri spin / cycle
Sat - cycle or yoga
Sun - cycle

Pretty much it. Stopped lifting about a year ago. Yoga does fine with toning muscles.

I just turned 49. These are goals - I always miss a day or 2.

Core workout is 5.3.1 minus the dl workout. Can't deadlift anyore due to 2 herniated disks.

I do accessory work for arms and back and do a mix of prowler pushes..inclined brisk walks....spin bike interval work and eliprcal sprint intervals through the week.

I've been working on an Olympic Lifting program and hitting a Crossfit workout 4-5 days per week.

I get to do some max muscle cleans tomorrow. I've easily repped 135 muscle cleans for sets so I'm hoping to get 165-175.

ETA. I'm 45 and hit 320 on bench yesterday after not working on bench press work for the last 6-8 weeks.

I decided in October that I was getting older and fatter so I decided to start working out.

I joined a Crossfit gym near where I work.

I've never done weight lifting and especially not power lifting but I enjoy exercise and gymnastics type skills.

I like the group format and the workouts are always different.

I usually go 3-4 days a week and have been sticking to that pretty religiously since I started.

Dropped about 10 lbs so far in 4 months and lost a couple of inches off my waist.

Monday - Chest. Rest (3 hours). Pick up basketball (2-3 hours).
Tuesday - Legs. Rest (3 hours). Pick up basketball (2-3 hours).
Wednesday - Biceps and Triceps.
Thursday - Shoulders.
Friday - Back.
Saturday and Sunday - Usually rest days or I'll play pick up basketball or just shoot around for about an hour.

As a warmup, I'll shoot around for about 15-30 minutes, and then workout and cool down with 10 minutes of shoot around again. Basketball >>>>>>>> Elliptical.
Lifting takes about an hour each workout.

Monday - 5 mile run
Tuesday - 4 to 5 mile run
Wednesday - 4 mile brisk walk
Thursday - 4 to 5 mile run
Friday - 3 to 4 mile walk

I do physically demanding work around my house to get workouts for my muscles in those ways. Weekends I may play basketball/softball/golf depending on weather.

Go to work, come home, do P90X3.

I was 186 when i started this round, in 2 weeks i shot up to 193. I know it's due to muscle gain, mostly, but it's still a bit alarming. Took a 4 day break from the routine last week because of various things popping up. When i got back to it, it felt like i hadn't worked out in months.

Still on the p90x pain train though. After this, i'll do a round of 22 minute hardcore.
