I shave once every few days depending on what I’m doing. Have two razors … Gillette and Schick…I think. Use whichever one I have blades for and only replace them if they feel like they’re getting dull. Use menthol shaving cream and it takes about 2 mins. I’ve used soap before when traveling and don’t have shaving cream.

Some of these guys must have a face like a baby’s arse. I rarely get nicked.

I don't get nicks, I just get razor burn if I don't shave properly.

I use Taylor of Old Bond Street Jermyn Street Shaving Cream for Sensitive Skin with a Merkur 34C safety razor with Feather blades.

I also use Taylor of Old Bond Street shaving cream and a Merku 34C. I use a silvertip badger hair brush to apply the shaving cream and Baxter of California aftershave to round out my routine.

I switched to supply razor and their products. Single blade razor. Expensive start up, but worth every penny. They have sales going on right now. My razor burn has disappeared since I switched.

I'll have to check them out. Appreciate it.

Every couple of days I do my neck, head, balls, and arse with a multiblade. I do it in a hot shower as I hardly have any razor burn or cuts that way. I buy a shaving butter from the apothecary shop in Slidell. One of these will last me over a year and give me a much better shave than cream. Then I finish off with some Bevel lotion

Wash face
Apply HOT towel for about 30 seconds
Put on shaving gel
Break out Merkur double edge safety razor with Feather blades
First pass with the direction of grain, second pass against
Rinse face, pat dry and be done with it

Gillette Fusion5 in the shower, using Pacific Shaving Company cream. It comes in a 3.4 oz. size that complies with TSA carry-on rules. I like it better than Cremo.

Everyone in here is rocking Astra blades...any of you guys ever tried Feather? They're known to be the sharpest blades out there, I believe. I definitely like them & I'm pretty sure I've tried Astra in the past.

I've tried them and for me they just felt rough. Probably something I did, but the Astras work great and are dirt cheap so I haven't found the need to explore much. I've probably been using the Astras for 7-8 years now.

$12 Orange Harry’s razor in the shower with dial soap, by touch.

Use 2 blades a year is all it takes. Cheap and effective.

Some of you people take this simple act way too self-importantly.

I shave in the shower... Lather up with plain old bar soap. Use cheap Dollar Shave Club razors that I replace every 3 months.

Get up

Braun beard trimmer (2.5) and trim around lips and under nose

Shower

Jeremy’s Razor (Precision 5) on neck and high cheeks
Nivea sensitive skin shaving gel
Nivea sensitive skin aftershave

Every 2 days unless I have to see customers or I’m going to church, then I’ll shave that morning for sure.
