Fiber gummies from Costco are usually my go to.

I recently tried Athletic Greens and that stuff tastes like sewage. Gotta figure out a different way to blend it if I'm gonna drink that again.

Started taking a couple servings of Metamucil a day about a year ago. Complete game changer.

I’m 38 and always look to have a good, satisfying bowel. I switch it up. Sometimes I put Benefiber in juice. Sometimes I drink a V8. I also like these fruit & veggie powders that have high fiber and blend it with either water or juice. Hell, just eating eggs for breakfast will push that crap through.

Probiotics are great to do. I take them daily. I sometimes drink Kombucha. Always a good thing to have a cleansed colon.

Fiberwise! I use to buy that, but can't find it anymore. Where do you buy yours from? (Tastes better than metamucil)

Melaluca....We switched almost all of our home cleaning products, detergent, toothpaste, etc over to Melaluca a few years ago. My daughter has real sensitive skin and alot of clothes detergents really make her skin breakout and during the worst of the the supply chain issues it was hard to find the detergent we were using so we searched for quality products, made in America that could be shipped to our door within a few days at lower costs than what we found in the stores and Melaluca was a game changer.

As we began to use more of their household products I started seeing more and more we could get from there (for cheaper) and this was one of them. Ever flavor I have tasted has been great.

A two pack is less than $50

Oh yeah, that's right. My ex was big into their detergent, makeup, home cleaning stuff too. She would ask me if I wanted/needed anything to meet that threshold to get max discount. I'd get the fiberwise and that stinky oil based small bottle or the ointment for cuts, rash, etc...

Like with apples, some people peel pears and others don’t. The peels are loaded with good stuff.

Most of my meals are wraps with the exception of the weekend, so I get most of my fiber from those meals. I use Ole's Xtreme Wellness soft tortillas with my wraps and they are high in fiber. The ones I use are made with whole wheat and flax seed.

I also try to eat some fruit every day, usually a banana. Other than that, just normal water intake and things stay moving along pretty well.

I watch my fiber intake for two reasons:
I had borderline hypertension but was able to lower my BP with diet changes.
To help me shite good

Once you hit 40, few things are more satisfying than a big morning shite.
