I make the wife fix me two chicken, turkey, or ham sammiches with Doritos twice a week. I place Doritos inside and crunch it up

Ziegler black pepper ham and cheese on white bread with mayo, Golden Flake classic chips, and a dill pickle spear. Ice cold glass of milk. Orange dreamsicle bar for dessert.

Nothing better than hoping out of the pool and my grandparents house and munching on that during the summers as a kid.

Corn dogs, chicken tenders, fries in the oven.

My brother and I ate those everyday in the summer time

As a kid my dad would make us chef salads with blue cheese dressing. It’s just shredded cheese, sliced deli ham, deli Turkey, and deli chicken, and lettuce.

I don’t know why but those things were so damn good

1 slice bologna, 1 slice salami, 1 slice American cheese on white bread with mustard. 1 small bag of chips with half the chips smushed between the meat.

Not sure if the gray colored meat like balls were actually sausage, but that school lunch pizza was clutch.

I actually made two batches a few weeks ago. I’ve been working on them in the evenings with some cold High Life.

That’s beach chair food right there. Ice cold out of the ice chest so the bread is ever so slightly soggy.

Old school lunch AT elementary school?

Late '70's, Baker Heights Elementary. Frank in a boat, crinkle cut fries, green beans, and yellow cake w/ chocolate icing, two milks.

5-6 ladies worked the cafeteria. They would be prepping the dough in one of those big stand up mixers right after school started. By first recess, the entire school smelled like a bakery. They would take the hot dog, stuff it in a dough roll twice the size of the dog and bake the whole thing and then ladle a shite ton of chili on it. The green beans were obviously canned, but they would add bacon and ham peices.

I would kill for a plate right now.
