Honestly, I think they must have health issues that could lead to a scary scenario if they contract Covid and feel for them and think maybe they lost someone to Covid or had a bad personal experience.
I don't wear a mask, but still think about possible droplets when entering crowded box environments, Covid has been devastating at micro and macro levels, and folks have been told to fear it.
Let's be our brother's keeper, realize folks have drastically different situations, and always be kind. We all have a certain point that would lead us to wear masks, even if it might take toxic burn-pit exposure for some.
