Never mind that the airplane parks right next to the baggage claim, it takes half an hour to get your baggage.
That's exactly how BTR is. It's the biggest pet peeve I've got with that place.

LaGuardia is a dumpy bus stop of an airport. Awful.

Least:Memphis International Airport
I always liked MEM, very easy to navigate, could get good food, and even able to smoke behind security. Prior to 9/11 it was easy getting through security.(not sure about now)
Eta: frick Delta, killing that airport.

Favorite:
KOA FTW
Honorable Mention:
SEATAC
Least Favorite:
CLT only because the former (alleged)* Hub of US Airways was involved.
The physical plant of CLT is nice.
*Hub implies that one would get off a plane and actually get onto another plane at that airport.
My experience was too often I would get to CLT and the intended connecting flight was either:
a) Gone already
b) Cancelled
c) Delayed horribly
d) Full
e) Some painful combination of the above
Faint praise- AA is better than US Airways

Miami is by far the worst one and nobody there speaks fricking english
Or Chicago O'Hare is a nightmare

Favorite - ATL, consistently the fastest TSA area in the country on days I've traveled.
Least - Tie. MSY and LaGuardia.
MSY is just a sad airport, the very definition of a pit stop between real airports.
I'm convinced LaGuardia is staffed by people who were fired for incompetence from JFK and Newark.

Wow, I guess I am lucky. I've been through there a dozen or so times and never waited more than about 15-20 mins, which considering the number of people there is acceptable to me.

I've always found the grunginess of LaGuardia provides a certain NYC sort of charm.
Phoenix and Miami are both awful.

Will depend on what terminal you are in. If you are in terminal 4 you are ok(biggest one and has more food/bar options). The other ones suck.
MBP...What's so bad about Miami? Place makes for some awesome people watching. Food and shopping options are not too horrible as well. We had a 9-10 hour layover there and was able to check our huge carryon bags at some place in the airport for like $8. Then took a bus to south beach to walk around there and was easily able to catch a bus back.
