The social clubs like you're in is what we tried to use to get laid after college in places like ATL.
Not sure where you get social club and trying to get laid from what I said. But then again, I have no idea what you're rambling about.

Enjoy and appreciate things as they are. Don’t waste a bunch of time hoping for something to change in the future or wishing things would go back to the way they were. Especially with respect to your family, health and career.

If you have something to say to someone, don't wait. None of us is promised another day.

Try to avoid people who are constantly angry and bitter. Life's too short to be surrounded by all that negativity.

Cornhole?
That’s your answer to a fulfilling and rewarding life?
This has to be a joke.
What if it is just as simple as that? There's a lesson there.

Put your phone down and spend time with your kids. They grow up faster than you realize and you will regret missing the little things.

Stop drinking. Exercise regularly. Spend as much time with your kids as possible. Slow down, go fishing.

I was a divorced single dad in my 40s and found a renewed love of amateur bicycle racing and met some of the most positive and level set people doing that including ironically a couple on this board I happenstance ran into at a race.
Being around positive people who are also doing something health conscious is the way.

I have separate groups for occasional games of basketball, Pickleball, disc golf, volleyball, along with a couple of group exercise classes.
Life is all about groups and finding those that you enjoy while eliminating those you don’t.

Enjoy life and enjoy the people in it. Alot of people need to realize that pretty much after you are gone the only people that will really remember you are your grandkids when it's all said and done. Be happy we are here a nano seco on this planet in the big picture.
