In 1990 we were officially notified of the F 117 fighter even though it had been flying by for years.

It’s the Chinese, they are decades ahead of us technology. They could nuke us anytime they want. The US government would rather us believe it’s aliens than to admit we can’no longer afford to catch up.

Well, if the government has taken its time to write a report and schedule it for a certain release date, then the news can’t be bad or threatening.
I seem to remember Trump being asked about this report and his reply was a non-plussed “some very interesting and amazing stuff” but he expressed no concern, shock or amazement.
This tells me it’s a nice breakthrough in drone development or the like.
By the way, I believe so-called aliens have been walking amongst us for millennia.

There was a pretty big craze in the mid to late 70s.
Close Encounters came out and there was an NBC show Project UFO. There are some episodes on youtube and they've held up remarkably well.
