undetectable basically means the treatment is working and keeping the hiv in check so to speak. it doesnt mean they get to behave like they dont have hiv

The gays freaked the frick out when San Fran was going to close bathhouses during the AIDS crisis because they said it was "homophobic."

I never said they didn’t need to disclose it to a sex partner. But it’s none of the public’s business.
