I drive around New Orleans most of my day. The most shadiest areas I see are Uptown. The East has crime, but it’s a lot of older people that live there so for the most part it’s peaceful. I’ve never feared for my life in the East like I have Uptown.

Look at the new real estate listing every day. All the other neighborhoods mentioned have renovated houses coming to market, Central City below Claiborne especially. The east has nothing.
