What's the story on the tall, white, vacant house on Lee

The 2-story one that looks like it belongs on the beach. It says "Nguyen" on the front of the stairs. They were building it last year, and it looks like its almost done, but just abandoned and vacant.
Anyone got the scoop to abate my curiosity?

I've been wondering the same thing. The grass was mowed a few times in the beginning, but now it's all wild. Never see anyone there.
The house looks like it was made out of the cheapest materials too.

They realized what stupid idea it was to build 10 feet from a busy street.

Maybe you could start a rumor about it like the old glass house on highland. Say something like devil worshippers met there every Monday night when being built, and now it's haunted.
