Four nights ago, I had
this dream that I was driving my corolla into a gas station and this blue suburban blindsided me and all the glass in my car broke instantly.

I managed to get out of my car and this young woman gets out of the suburban and we are about to argue. Next thing I know this 19 year old is laying on top of me with red panties on. We start grinding into a climax and before I had an orgasm, I woke up.

At least my car was safe outside my house.

I laid my family down on the ground and cut their throats.

They all lived but couldn’t talk. It felt real and I was sick for 2 days.

For a while after my Dad died I would always have the same dream. He and I would be responding to a different disaster every time. A bus goes in a river and is sinking, a house is burning, a plane crashes and burns etc. We would work together to get everyone out of danger and then he would go back to check and make sure we had everyone. I would turn around and see him looking at me through a window and I would know what was going to happen. As I would start towards him the bus would sink or the house would collapse or the plane would explode and I would run and dive into the water or run into the fire. I could feel the cold of the water. I could feel the heat of the fire and I would be yelling in my dream but would wake up wailing a high pitch scream. It really freaked my wife out.

I didn't sleep much for about a month. Then suddenly the dream stopped.

I once dreamed someone ran over my son in the driveway. It seemed so real. I woke up completely freaked out.

I’m driving in the sunshine skyway bridge. As I reach the highest point, and start driving on the downward slope, the road starts to narrow. It continues until the road is basically a rail....like a roller coaster. I can’t maintain control of my car on the rail, and eventually fly off, and I guess I plummet to my death. I’m not really sure. Anytime I remember beyond that, it is almost as if a new dream has started.

Teeth falling out
Wives plotting my death
High school/college shite (not always bad)

My “monster” dreams are cool. I’m frequently aware I am dreaming with these. I have had instances where I am running for my life from scary shite, but will say to myself “this is great! You’re just dreaming!”

I don’t dream often anymore. It’s the ganja.

Had this one when I was in college, and home for spring break. Dreamed I woke up in my bed, and it felt like someone was there. When I reached to turn on a light, something grabbed my hand and swung me around in the air. Dreamed it over, and over. Each time I woke up, I was more afraid. My mom came in and turned on the light. She said I woke her and my dad up moaning.

For nearly a year after I stopped doing it, I had dreams about doing cocaine. When I woke up from them, I'd feel just as tired and depressed as I did when waking up on a Monday morning, after doing it all weekend. Those dreams were the worst part of quitting it.

I was wearing a giant taco costume while in a life-or-death wrestling match against Charlie Sheen in a mud pit behind some hut in the wilds of Vietnam.

That was the last time I took Hydrocodone for anything.

I had come back from a mission trip to Vietnam and I hadn’t slept for 48 hours. Took some melatonin to help me sleep and had the dream. Serious jet lag.

I’m good now. Lack of sleep is a bad thing.

I used to have a recurring dream where I murdered someone and hid the body. The dream always took place after the deed and involved me freaking out about the body being found and me being caught.

It felt so real that it messed with my head and made me question reality. At the time these dreams were occurring I was under a lot of stress and listened to a lot of true crime podcasts so maybe that's what caused it?

I had the worst nightmare of my life a few weeks ago

When I woke up I was crying and frightened. It was almost time for my bf to wake up for work and I just lay there reliving the dream until his alarm went off then asked him to hug me until I quit crying

I’d been kidnapped and forced into a sort of concentration camp. I kept being made to do these hard obstacle courses and failing. Then they’d punish me. They gave me several shots then told me to get checked if I ever got out because I’d just been injected with hiv several times. I kept asking to leave and they said if they let me leave I’d get killed immediately. The last thing was they sent me to a room to have sex with a bunch of nasty people then I finally woke up. It was so awful. I’ve never woken up scared like that

I have a bunch. Here are a few.

I’m driving on the interstate at night. I notice a lot of flashing lights up ahead. There is a bad accident. I pull my car over to the side of the road and get out. A woman is sitting on the ground with her head down. I sit by her and say “Are you ok?” She looks at me and in a demonic voice she says “Do you even know who God is!” I instantly wake up freaked out.

Another one. I dreamed I am sleeping in my own bed at my home and my wife gets up to go to the bathroom. Then I feel something grab my hand and it hits me. My wife is in the bathroom right now. So I turned to look and there is a zombie looking creature staring at me. I instantly wake up and sit up in bed. My wife is asleep next to me and my dog is asleep on the floor. Everything is ok but I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night.
