Fractured fibula with no treatment for 24 hours. Didn’t realize it was fractured till went to doc the next day. Had to ride home in the back of a suburban 4 hours from a soccer tournament in central tx back in 8th grade. Still remember the pain like it was yesterday.

Had a borrowed shotgun explode in my hands duck hunting in Lusk, Wyoming. Broke my nose so bad, the nose was on the right side of my face. Three hour trip back to Cheyenne. Plastic Surgeon comes in. “Nose is broken, we go down and set it now or wait until swelling goes down and set it on Wednesday.”
“Not walking around like this all week, let’s go down now.”
Shots each side of the nose to deaden the pain. Last shot was between the eyes…..lifted off the table two feet…

Grab his arms!”
Doctor yelled

He was afraid I would grab him. No, just fighting the pain. Damn that hurt!

I don’t hunt ducks anymore.

Having my femur all but shattered by a 7.62mm round. The worst pain I've ever felt. It was so bad there are times I feel it all over again

Childbirth was no fun at all. The epidural didn't work.
Anyone with the ability to use logic, knows that childbirth may be painful, but it's not as bad as women make it out to be.

Case in point: It's common place to see women with more than one kid. Now go find a guy who was ever kicked in the nuts, if he ever wants to get kicked in the nuts again.

Oddly enough, mine didn’t really hurt.

Man.

Sting Ray hit is mine. F those things.

I've broken quite a few bones, torn a bunch of stuff, bullet hole in calf, concussions.

Sting ray takes the cake. But I'm tougher than Steve Irwin.

Waking up from a spinal fusion and laminectomy. My blood pressure was acting up and pain meds were not at max dose. A compressed nerve was released and it was very angry. Hurt like a mother.

Had a cyst form where a wisdom tooth should have been and it ruptured suddenly. That was definitely unpleasant

6 years old. Gasoline on my leg caught fire and melted from my knee to ankle. 2nd and 3rd degree. I was in shock, had to ride a bike a mile like that, was reasonably fine until I got to the hospital and they started cleaning it.

Second was a root canal where the dentist hardly gave me any novocaine.

What a dumb comparison. Getting kicked in the balls doesnt give you a child. You get nothing out of it.

you need to be kicked in the nuts repeatedly for at least 4 hours before you can make the comparison

I volunteer to kick you, let me know which sonic

And childbirth is not the worst pain I’ve had. My worst pain was a post dural puncture headache

I've been stung twice in the same foot.

I have broken 20 ish bones in my body, including jaw and leg. Stingray takes the cake.

You can feel the venom in your veins, feel it running through, the pain spreading. It's awful.

I will barely get in the water these days.

ETA: it's been compared to a bullet ant on the initial sting, higher peak pain, and longer duration.
