Went on an early morning hike in Sedona with my older child. Took the whole family out for breakfast. Then went grab a couple of beers and lunch at a brewery.

Paid off my car and my rock festival tickets. Time to save money for hotel and food.

I finished constructing my amateur radio antenna Sunday and then Monday I made my first two long-distance contacts: Huntington Beach, CA and Montpelier, VT (from Atlanta).

Kind of a coincidence, OP: at the time, I remember thinking, "this is the coolest thing I've done since I got into the 13s at the drag strip way back when."

We spent the week in Granby, Colorado for a friend's wedding and retraced Killdozer's path while running errands.

Met comedian Sam Tallent. He is hilarious.

Was a very good show.

Most awesome thing I did this week was take my daughter to college orientation

Made a monstrous sale for my business... not in terms of dollars, but in terms of significance for the future prospects of the company.

All from a cold email, BTW.

Walked the creek and caught the biggest smallmouth in 3 to 4 years for me. 17 inches and probably a bit over 3 lbs which is a monster up here in these ozark creeks.

Came home from work to a card from my In-laws. Wishing me a happy Fathers Day and saying how happy they were that I was the father of their granddaughters. Not a bad way to end the week.

Nice man! I got a place on the Buffalo river in middle Tennessee and there’s a spring fed creek that flows into it, I love walking it and doing the same thing , I’ve never caught one that big one n there but it don’t get any better than hooking a smallie on a minnow in that creek

Went to a farm for work and a little baby horse came up and let me pet him on the nose. Something about it was really relaxing. Highlight of my week.

Took the wife, kids, and a few friends out on the boat on Sunday. Had a blast in the lake.

I was off Monday, so went and launched by myself. Rode 66 miles from Manchac, through lake Maurpaus, to diversion canal. Cut over to Tickfaw and had lunch by myself at Boopaloo’s, kept going up Tickfaw to Carter plantation and turned around and headed back to pick up. It was so awesome, that I did it again on Thursday.
