Started to come down with a cold.... poured myself a nice glass of barrel proof whiskey, chased it with nyquil, got up and went to work

Bought a new sander.

Fixed a broken belt buckle with a set of electrical pliers.

Ooo. Are they short barbells, or more along the lines of a trap bar?

I like these because they're easier to maneuver indoors.

I haven't seen those before. Do you like using those more than, say, doing walks with dumbbells?

The main thing is you can change the weight easily, and they carry a lot more weight with them. Hypothetically you could put 4 or 5 45 lb plates on each side, which is more than I will ever use.

They make them for both standard and Olympic plates so be sure you order the right one.

Cut a whole in my sheet-rock to expose copper pipe and installed a saddle valve and water line to a refrigerator in garage.

Just 6 inches at the bottom of garage wall so valve would fit. Water line runs out behind the baseboard. Covered hole with a panel.
