Did a 40-day clear-liquid-only fast once. Interesting experience.

I assume after a week or so you quit pooping? I mean there isnt anything left to poop out by then.

I did the 3 day fast about 2 months ago. Actually easier than I thought.

For consistency, don't count sometime you had the flu or a stomach bug and just couldn't get anything down.

Does a whiskey and cocaine weekend bender count?

To tell you the truth, I don't really remember, but that is probably the case.

About 30 hrs during a colonoscopy prep up through the procedure. I didn’t get hungry because I was otherwise occupied.

I fasted for 3.5 days last year. Just wanted to see if I could.
I barely eat now. I was heavy all my life. I'm just now under the Obese BMI want to drop 20-25 now pounds this year.
The big problem with fasting is you lose muscle too.

I didn't eat for 4 days when I had Covid. I had no appetite and even water tasted bad.

10 days, nothing but a couple glasses of Gatorade or milk per day after having my tonsils removed, uvula removed, and excess skin on my palette removed.

Felt like someone stabbing me in the ear with an icepick when I swallowed liquids, wasn’t gonna try solid foods.

Didn’t have a bowel movement for 13 days.

Lost 18 pounds.

I intermittent fast every day. No food before noon and nothing after 7pm. I do a 5 day fast once a month. Once you get used to it, it's no biggie. Many benefits and feel great after a multi-day fast.

Longest was probably for a surgery prep, so like 3 days.

I pretty often just eat once a day, so can easily go a day without food as long as I stay hydrated.
