What? I don't care what reputation that brand has with this board or anyone else. At $3.50 a pop, the little bottles of body sprays are gamechangers for when you need to workout fast(lunch, between jobs, before a kids practice)and don't have time to shower after.

Wash from the top down. Except for hair. That's last. You definitely want to wash your arse before everything below it so you can wash any residual arse debris off your legs and feet.

I usually do a prewash on my arse first, which consists of using the removable shower nozzle and squatting down then blowing water all underneath my dangling balls and my a-hole. I usually have so much hair and three day old shite stuck to it that it doesnt penetrate all the way to the hole so no homo. I then do the two finger wipe/sniff method to make sure Im at an acceptable level to begin washing my arse. I then wash me feet. I downvoted you.

-Wash rest of body, top to bottom, with the non arse loofah...
-Rinse conditioner out...
