What's The Craziest Bet You Ever Made Or Gambled On?

Before I go on, I know I know, I welched on a bet on here.. Blah blah blah. I don't give a frick.
When I was younger we used to play monopoly for money. This was middle school, so we didn't put up much.. Probably a dollar or something.
I lost a bet (which I paid) betting on what time we would arrive somewhere (we set an over under).
I also lost a bet (which I paid up) that I could beat someone in madden by only kicking FGs,
I won a bet betting someone that they couldn't eat 4 big macs and an apple pie in one sitting. Dude was done after one bite on the 3rd one.
There are countless others I will try to remember.

I didn't have much money at the time, so a few hundred here and there was big deal. Got down $300 quickly in Vegas, so decided to bet Lennox Lewis (who I thought was a mortal lock) against whicehever Klitschko like $1,500 to win $300.
Saw Lewis getting pummelled early and was despondent. Everyone was going berserk in the casino for the underdog. Went to dinner across town and by the grace of god Lewis closed Klitscho's eye and won by TKO. Thank you, baby jesus.

I put $4,000 into a 3x leveraged oil ETN 3 weeks ago and it promptly took a nosedive. This week, the ETN liquidated and I received $720

Joined a poker tournament for fun when I was in college. I don’t remember the buy in. Wasn’t crazy expensive.
Anyway, a girl I liked invited me out so I went all in on my first hand before the turn. Two dumbasses called me on it and I won the hand. So I started the tournament with three people’s worth of chips.
The tournament was set up so that the top two or three (memory is vague - it was a while ago) from each table advanced to the next round.
Long story short, I won the tournament and people were pissed because I had a frickload more chips than everyone for the majority of the rounds.

Was browsing bovada and found the bet whether or not OJ would live tweet about the democratic debate during the democratic debate. Lmao I was convinced that was the silliest bet ever and almost bet no, but texted my friend about it beforehand.

Asked a roulette dealer what number he liked in Vegas ---I told him if I hit we, would split the win. Put $200 down....bam right in 11 slot. $7200....slid his $3600 and the pit boss told him...he was done for the night...lol
