Already tried robokiller
It blocks too many legit calls .
Are there any apps that can block these idiots from India using a 337 area code offering fake viagra every 5 mins ?

Don't answer..
I really don't know the best spam blocker, but if I am not familiar with a number I don't answer and if its important they will leave a VM.

Just silence the call. It’s not that hard

I use the one through AT&T. Seems to do the job well enough.

Doesn't help.
I blocked a spammer once and that number called dozens of times (showed up in the block log) before giving up or getting shut down. Never answered that number.
Hiya uses feedback from users to flag suspected junk calls, and labels legitimate businesses accordingly.

The button on the side of your phone.

Silence all calls not on your Contact List

Google Assistant screens calls for me so the only time I miss calls is when someone legit tries to call but is too lazy to leave a 2 second voice prompt. The scam and spam callers hang up during the screening every time.

give me your number and I'll send you a link.

Either don't answer or waste their time a wee bit by trolling them

Get a phone with a different area code than where you live
Only answer unknown local calls

YouMail does pretty good, doesnt block them all but it improved (reduced) my spam calls by 95%

I've tried them all. Today I received a spoof call from both my wife and later on today from myself - I didn't think that was possible

I use the one from AT&T, Malwarebytes, & Hiya

Nothing
They just run through numbers with area codes that match your own number or area and its almost impossible for some service to try to block it
Stopping this shite would be easy at a national level but Joe Biden spent that money making you pay for other peoples loans
Deal with it sucker
The FCC is another failed government failure of nothing but fail
