Go to the ER and get an IV. You need 1 or 2 liters.

It's going around. Two members of my family down with it right now. 102 fever and terrible aches. Lasts three or four days. No fun at all. Tylenol for the fever and tons of water and Gatorade.

Tylenol, Gatorade, water, saltine crackers, and warm broth if you can get some at the store. I will pray for you tonight.

If it’s a stomach virus, like norovirus, take Tylenol and drink lots of water/gatorade. Take the Tylenol right after puking so it has time to work before you yak again.

Had it recently and it’s a roller coaster of feeling somewhat normal for 30 minutes, then like death is coming for 30 minutes… then hugging the toilet. Repeat for several hours.

If you can’t keep anything down you might want to take Tylenol suppositories. Go in the back door.
