As somebody who makes many 5 hour drives, here's my list:
Dave Matthews Band live at Mile High Music Festival
Frampton comes alive
Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers Greatest Hits
A playlist of that with some stand up comedy bits in there too

The Hamilton sound track is pretty good (awesome story and music) and will get you over halfway there.

I would make sure to budget some time to play some skin music.
The flute that is.
Dramatic pause......
(In my best Norm McDonald voice)
What I mean, is you should jerk off while driving.

Somewhere in there a Night @ Opera & Day @ the Races. Blue album & Pinkerton should get some rotation. Tell All Your Friends and first 3EB. Futures album by JEW and i'd probably mix in some P@TD! and FOB.
Friends don't let friends listen to Amish rock or Jam bands.

For music I go with some raunchy'70s Motown but my Redd Foxx channel on Pandora is the GOAT for driving.

You're going to want to be wide awake, so I suggest lots of Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel and Meshuggah

Phantom of the opera (Andrew Lloyd Webber version) full version.
It's not just the soundtrack, it's the complete show, audio only. Almost 2 hours and it's a fantastic listen.
