Yep-that’s the new program that’s out there ($150K for 5y, $170K for 7). It has only been available for a few months, and the checks haven’t hit the bank accounts yet. It didn’t come to existence until I was very close to finished paying mine off (I’m 5 years post residency), but we are recruiting a new guy, and I was looking into programs, found this, and figured I’d apply and see how easy/difficult it was to go through the process. They made me commit to 5 years for less than 1y of the actual payment amount, but I’m a partner at the practice and not going anywhere til I call it quits.

The grocery store I use had Coke Zero eight-packs on sale @ two packs for $8.

But I talked to the store manager and haggled him to drop the price so I could buy 5 eight-packs for $20. SWEET!!
