Where? If outdoors then put some bleach and dawn in a spray bottle, let it sit for about 30 minutes and spray it off.

I have several old houses around Southdowns / LSU Lakes etc. where shade and humidity make algae, mildew, and mold a potential full time job. I prefer Jomax from Home Depot over all I've tried over past 30 years. Follow directions, very simple. No pressure washing ever... Get a dedicated pump sprayer for that mixture, follow behind with garden hose sprayer.
