Is BR there is none. I did love the outside cafes in Italy, France, Spain, Sicily, etc back in the early 90's. It was very fun to people watch.

Outside of Louisiana the weather isn’t always miserable. You should travel more. Today might have been one of the most miserable days outside in Louisiana history.

Because when the weather is nice, it’s more enjoyable to be outside than inside. Further, most businesses don’t have courtyards.
