Doesn't seem like it. Nice to see you're bleeding because I called you out in your thread though.

I'm definitely not making the average salary shown in that chart but, I don't work any overtime, no per diem, and live 10 min from work. working turnarounds isn't very appealing to me

What do you do? This sounds similar to me. I work with wind turbines.

I just passed my CHST in Dec. and I think that is where I will stop with certs. It has just become a money racket to keep everything valid. I will focus more on the rescue side of things and might look into the EM-385....

I have my CSST from NCCER so it makes no sense to get the CHST IMO (it's just about the same). And nccer is heavily recognized down in the south.

Like said earlier, OSHA 510/500. ASP to. CSP and I'm done.

I work for ISS, we supply safety consulting to clients in all energy sectors. I have done two GE sites, as well as 6 other turbine manufactures. I have assisted owner reps and crane companies as well over the years. I am currently on a Vestas project in Northeast Kansas.

For rescue devices we run PDQ devices, I got my trainer from ropeworks out in Reno, NV. I have Tractel and SALA cert from Capital safety as well.
