And they would know three times as much as a green project manager that has never even picked up a hammer.

Fresh out, no experience...NFW they get 60k. 50 is too much for first year...but closer. Best performing one out of the 3 after 1.5 yrs or so, yea close to 60, but not just for the degree.

I have absolutely no reason to know anything though, I'm not in the field.

Do entry level graduates really go straight PM positions? Just asking I'm not familiar with the trade.

No. However I know several people right out of school that "Manage" small jobs less that $50,000 who title themselves PMs.

Here's one. How much is a safety guy worth? Industrial that say works for a contractor - Turner, Cajun, Performance etc...?

A good one with 8-10 years exp. I need one of these.

You need him to prepare OSHA documentation for a PSM program, or just write safety manuals and procedures?

Not sure re: industrial, but I'm commercial and our on site safety manager makes 85k. He's OSHA 500 with about 15 years experience.

Both although the manuals are pretty much done. Keep OSHA docs up to date and update procedures as needed. In the field.
