Project management is a buyers market, they are falling off trees. Field supervision (where the budget is really made) is another matter entirely

Well, considering that's not the case, I don't see the point you're trying to make. Perhaps you can show me where I advocating changing jobs every 8 months.

"I'm looking for a home" is always a good one.
Lunchbox is right when it comes to younger guys. Different story for a "seasoned" guy.

What do I have to do to get on the vendor list?
Posted on 2/25/16 at 12:40 pm to baobabtiger
It was $50k- $55K back in 2007.
There's been a recession since then though. Not sure what it is now.

Somewhere between 50k & 60k........depending on what other perks you're offering.
The more perks.......lower the base salary

Just curious (I'm an auditor for workers comp), what do field supervisors do besides making sure people are doing the right work and subs have their GL and workers comp insurance?

Good to see other safety men on this site.
I'm looking to get my osha 510 and 500 within the next few months. Also currently working to get my ASP and then CSP.

I left one job to work somewhere else for the same money. There are many factors besides salary that influence whether a change is a good idea or not. You're looking at it way too simplistically.
I am pretty sure he knows this already you idiot

What position? Field or office? Salary or hourly? I can answer most of your questions.
The numbers I've seen so far are way off imo

field supervisor makes/breaks the job
I can and do go without a PM in the office but there is no way I could run a company without good superintendents
we pay the three I have in excess of 150k
