I’ve had a pair of L.L. Bean duck boots that were nerdy, then super cool, then nerdy again, then super cool etc..

They are indestructible

Another vote for the cheap coffee maker.

12 cup Mr Coffee basic drip coffee maker - $16 in 2014.

The hot plate paint is wearing off but still makes a decent pot every morning. Paired with a smart plug, I can switch it on by yelling "Coffee ON!"

The same basic coffee maker (newer version) is now $35 on Amazon - blame Biden?

I have an alarm clock/radio/white noise maker that I got for @ $15 in 2005. Still works like a charm and I can't sleep without the waterfall sound on at night.

Any piece of unadorned cotton (t-shirts, underwear, socks, towels, etc.)

They are cheap as frick to begin with, and even when they lose usefulness as clothing, they make great rags for years and years

$10 air pump from Walmart close to 20 tears ago. It plugs into an auto's cigarette / power port. I Use it to air my truck tires twice a year. have aired friends car tires, footballs, basketballs, bike tires and I have to air up my generators tires quite frequently.

I have saved at least 5 or 6 times the cost of the pump over going to gas stations / convenience stores every time I need to air something up.

Very similar to this $19 dollar pump. Just a gauge and a switch. The one I have has attachments attached to the air hose - ball needle, air mattress fitting, etc.

Not necessarily “cheap” but cheap in respect to its counterparts. Got a Hyundai Sonata when I was in grad school in Georgia. I put close to 100,000 miles on it in three years and didn’t have a single issue with the car whatsoever and got close to 35 mpg.

As far as actual cheap, I got a camo hunting bag from academy for maybe $20, and I’ve had it in the blind with me for damn near 15 years now.

Hold my scotch.
Analog alarm clock I bought in Air Force tech school, 1992.
Ironic thing is I never have to set the alarm because 9 years in the Air Force gave me a razor sharp internal clock...

Yup.

I say mine died but I killed it. Knocked it off the nightstand while cleaning under the bed.

Mine is almost 30 years old and still good as new

Bought 4 of these at a Dollar Tree 20 years ago, a dollar a piece. They’ve been through a half dozen moves, dropped and broken tiles and toes, but not a chip or scratch in any of them.

An Olympic size pool might be able to hold the volume of beer and milk I’ve drank from em.

Bought a leather belt from Abercrombie & fitch in 1999 for probably around $20 that I wear almost everyday still and it holds up like it’s new.

Genuine leather, made in the USA. I mentioned in another thread how I have a LSU 1991 national champs shirt made in the USA that I still wear. We need more made in the USA products.

A gerber knife I have been having for a long time. I think I bought it for like $22 at the time. Is that considered a cheap item?
