I’m pretty proud of myself. 6’2”, 47 years old. Hit the gym a lot, run a marathon once a year. Still have all my hair. Prob an OT 7, IRL 9

Probably average, primarily due to height.

5-6

I would rate myself 7/10 on my best day.

Compared to others my age, 63, an 8 or 9. If thrown in the pool with younger guys, this rating decreases.

I give myself a solid 7 or 8.

Put it this way, I question my wife's decision making quality.

Strong 8 for a 43 year old man. Fit, good career, make good money, and still have my hair. I even get hit on by women half my age, which kinda weirds me out, but is also pretty cool. I left those 9 and 10 days behind at 40. Getting old is a bitch. I'll be a 6 or 7 next year tho after i'm married.

To women around my age range? I would say OT 5, IRL 7. I feel like if I got divorced, I could slay women around my age, but wouldn't do well amongst the younger demographic.
