He turned down 350? Seems reasonable. The are a lttle over $800 at Lowes. I'd probably offer $400-450 if you really want it. Without the wheels, they are pretty solid for a back bed tool box.

I would offer it for all sorts of things. Like maybe a pony for the daughter or a 61' Garlington. Endless the possibilities.
