Off her rocker! In one thread she's looking for weed for her terminally ill mother and in another she's bitching about paying $30 a month for her mother's insurance and glad her mother hasn't been sick enough to be hospitalized.

This is batshit country!

Wow an obvious stripper with all those issues, Not that I don't like strippers. Tell me now princess besides all the "Democrats" at public school, why does your precious little cupcake have to be in an expensive private school that your arse obviously can't pay for? Sorry for the harshness but stupid is stupid....

The state has a program that will do all the collecting. They will even intercept income tax checks. Look up louisiana child enforcement (or something like that)

and when his is found they will garnish his checks. They collect the money then send you a check.

But if you ex is a worthless POS like mine and they stop filing taxes and keep moving and changing jobs its a painful cycle. I think my ex owes me over $30k in back support. I don't need her money, I got full custody of my daughters, and that the important thing.

Why don't you get to work to support your kid and yourself? Stop relying on some other persons money to live. You're just as bad as democrats living off of the government IMO.

But he had been supporting his son with no issues since 2001 then you decided that wasn't good enough.

What are your options.

Look past your opinions and emotions.

Pick one.

The OT is such an inappropriate place to discuss things like this. I don't understand why people post these topics.

If he's paying child support to the tune of $2000 (actual child support), your combined income has to be pretty damn high. To just up and quit a job with that kind of pay is strange. To continue to live a lifestyle anywhere near that, he's going to have to continue to pay taxes which means his income can be traced. Get a decent lawyer.

he wasn't taking care of the things we agreed on.

You relied on "agreed on" in a divorce settlement? Unless that "agreed on" was writton on court documents, you made a huge mistake.

I can offer more advice based on experience but you're gonna have to post pics first.

until someone he knows happens to read this thread and lets him know about it. you put way too much info about him out there, especially for the way you're talking.

As if you didn't realize how this would turn out. You've got a bunch of guys who've been screwed by ex-wives and some who are likely deadbeats themselves who get a chance to pound an ex-wife who has a better set up than they do and yet, seems to be complaining.

This satisfied your masochistic issues.

I couldn't sleep last night and read her posting history. Pretty much everything she's posted contradicts itself, except the kid with the ticket.
