If it was a thief, he likely had some backpack or something that he was putting the stolen items in. If he was doing that with your truck, a stolen wallet could have fallen out. I would do the right thing and bring it to the police.

It was 400-450 dollars. I didn't pull it out and count it but I did fan thru it. Having some random Mexicans wallet in my truck was a tad unnerving tbh. I edited most of the guys info but here is what I opened to find. It was unmolested when I passed it on. If the cartel wants beef it's not with me.

or you could be not fun and just return it to the casino where they will just steal the cash and throw the wallet in the trash..

If I knew for a fact he was stealing from me, I’d call ICE and hope he was eligible for deportation.
If I had literally nothing to go on and found his wallet, I’d do quite a bit to get it back to him because that’s what I’d hope someone would do for me and I like helping people.
I’m not saying that’s the right way to go about things, but that’s where I’m at in life at the moment.

What if someone stole it from him, ran from cops and threw the wallet away while running, so he would get caught with it. The Biloxi police will have to let the thief go if you don't take it back to the casino.
