My neighbor to my left and behind me have their dogs outside. It’s currently 10 degrees. Would you A) mind your own damn business OR B) call animal control?

Have they been out all night or did they let them out to take a dump? Depends on how long they’ve been out there.

Dogs will seek a shelter if they get really close cold. Believe it or not, just something to block the wind is about all they need. I read that on the Interwebs so it is true!

With adequate shelter and bedding they will be fine. A little uncomfortable maybe but it’s not like cold kills every coyote, wolf, and stray dog

I have some crazy person that came in my yard the past week and keeps bringing blankets and pillows to my dogs. She brought a dog house closer to where one beds from where it was in the yard. I let the dogs stay in the storage room whenever they want, they can come and go. It's insulated and they have beds. I have no idea why crazy lady thinks they need help. People are wild bro.

Probably let them out and fell back to sleep. If they aren’t shivering or barking like crazy, give it a few more minutes. If they don’t let them in, knock on their door. Wouldn’t call animal control as they obviously don’t live outdoors. Sounds like the owners are just idiots.

Post a veiled shot at them on the neighborhood Facebook site. Something like, “Dis you know a dog can get frostbite within 20 minutes of being outside in freezing temperatures?”

Should work out well.
