If they are Labrador’s they would be having fun in the cold. If it’s a little Dachsund or some such breed they would get cold after awhile. If they are Husky’s don’t sweat it.

My outdoor dog has a small heater in his house - he's more comfortable than me. Mind your own business. Hell, the pug that lives inside loves it out in the cold when it's sunny and stays out for hours - been doing for 12 years and he's still going strong.
