Since you are most likely the prime suspect, at this point do not try to inject yourself into the investigation.
I've seen every episode of Criminal Minds and that is always something they look for.

That is exactly what they wouldn't expect you to do as the murderer, which is why you did it. But, they are probably on to you already.

Yes there is a phone in the purse and could very well be the same one listed on the business card, but considering that there has been no response to the facebook message and it doesn't appear that her husband has facebook which I looked at adding him as a friend as someone earlier suggested, I am kind of out of options. Plus HR called the pharmacy that was listed on the RX found in the purse and they would not give a number associated with the RX, so we have called the police

Better check again. Personally, I confuse trash with my ex-wife, so you never know.

If it's the same one it will usually ring when you call it.

You're supposed to bury their belongings with them, not bring it to your place of employment and act like it was mysteriously left there. You're fricked man.

If you are being an honest injun, it's seems very very weird.

I don't have a lot of posts, but I am not a troll and this is a legit situation. Cops called back said they would pick it up after lunch today so that is where we are at this time.

If you aren't connected to her, she'll probably never get the FB message. It will be put in the box for the non-connected - the one few people check.

Did not know that, but I do not use Facebook all that much but was just trying to get in touch with the lady and figured that most women live on their facebook and it was one avenue to pursue

Why don't you get a Samsung charger??
Even if she has a password; someone who is looking for her might be calling her and you can answer without a password. She might be calling her phone looking for it.
Get a charger before the police get the phone. Once they get it; we'll never know what happened here.
ETA: unless this winds up on an episode of Forensic Files - which I sincerely hope will not happen.

Have you tried to look up her home address using the county tax appraisal site? Her husband may also be listed on the title and you could try and track him down.

The home address was listed on the driver's license found in the purse that is how I know she was from Blairsville, GA her husbands name is listed on facebook but it doesn't appear that he has a facebook account. I have done all I could do from my end and that is why the police have been called, they have better resources to find someone. Just the situation seems weird finding a purse at our office. If we were right off the interstate I could see it as someone left their purse but considering where we are in town it seems to be kinda fricky.
