Same here. Then a 7 years later, a back fusion.

When I started frequenting the OT. It hadn’t really occurred to me how poorly women age til I saw it pointed out daily here. It was humbling and true.

when you can no longer check the 18-30 age box. getting lumped in with 54 years olds

Pulled a muscle in my back reaching to turn off the alarm clock. Yanked an inch and a half long hair out of my ear. Found my first gray nose hair, found my first gray eyebrow hair....the list goes on and on.

Reading glasses and always needing more light to see things clearly.

when my son graduated high school

The nightly debate that I have internally right around 9:00 deciding whether I should try to get laid or just go to sleep because its just so damn late.

I had an 18 year old hottie that was dumb as a bag of hammers approach me and start flirting. I am married and faithful but it was still kind of cool.

She finally told me that my shoes were cool, that her grandpa had the exact same pair. This was about 10 years ago.
