Christmas 1981 was awesome in my house. I was 9 years old and I can still remember opening my garage on Christmas Eve. Life was good.

I had my Atari and my Commodore 64 in my closet at my folks' house. One of the hurricane clean ups, they got tossed.

As a child a Nintendo 64.

The most hyped I've ever been was waking up at 2:30am and seeing that Santa left me a PS2 with NCAA Football 03. Hooked it up and played that shite for about 16 hours that day.

My mom bought me a damn fine down vest that I wear deer hunting a couple of times a year.
When I was 7 or 8 my uncle gave me a really good skinning knife. I still use it.

A BB gun when I was around 10 yrs. old was one of the best gifts I remember. I wore that thing out. Spent most of my youth in the woods or walking the canal, and always had that BB gun in my hand.
On a related note, I had a friend whose mom wouldn’t allow him to get a BB gun. His dad bought him one in secret and he kept it hidden in the garage. He took me to his garage to show it to me, and his mom came outside and caught us with it. She grabbed it out his hands and started beating it against the brick wall while he stood there crying. I got the frick out of their with the quickness. He later became a child molester and went to prison. Not sure if the two events are related.

Played with it four days straight. Then rode my new bike.

Probably my N64 or the basketball goal one Christmas. Spent a lot of time playing with both of them in my youth.

My grandma got one for me the first year it came out. Apparently they were hard to find that year. That was probably my favorite gift. I remember being blown away by the graphics back then.

Nintendo 64 is the one I remember the most vividly and brings back the happiest memories

I guess mine would have to be the Nintendo Entertainment System. My parents didn't make a lot of money so I figured I would never get one. But we did.
My cousin ended up getting one as well and his dad bought two. One to play, and one to keep. Still has the other one, unopened and sealed. Any idea how much that would go for today? It was the Action Set with the orange zapper and Super Mario/Duck Hunt.
