Thermal design and its lab. That class and lab reports were brutal.

I sucked in math so Calc I and II both kicked my arse, but godamn Linear Algebra was another beast altogether. I think my prof took mercy on me because I went to office hours alot.

I hated statistics until I took an econ class where it was applied pretty heavily then saw the usefulness of it. Still hated it, but gained an appreciation.

Honestly, everyone should have to take a college-level statistics class at some point.

It is an incredibly important discipline, and 95% of people don't have the first clue when it comes to statistics.

Undergrad: comparative political economy with Wonik Kim

Grad: MKT 7716 with Dr. Black (multivariate stats) or any of the EXST classes by Marx or Escobar. All great professors, but man did they have high expectations.

Kim is my answer as well. Comparative Asian politics. Material wasn't all that difficult but he limited some test essay questions to 5-7 sentences. I had no problems bullshitting tests in other classes by filling up a blue book, but if you didn't nail exactly what he was looking for succinctly you were screwed.
