Why did she stop washing clothes?

If OP has a truck or trailer he could haul it to a scrap yard and prolly get 20-30 bucks for the sheet metal

Google your area for someone that sells used appliances.
this...folks often will take them from you and then repair it to sell for a little profit. Call some repair folks and I'll bet you find someone who wants it.
Otherwise, take it to the local dump and give them a few bucks to take it.

Drop it off in a random parking lot and let it be someone else’s problem.

I’m trying to get my $800 deposit back from them.
I’m going to go ahead and put in on Facebook marketplace and see if someone will come get it

Top loader or front loader?
Posted on 9/6/18 at 9:19 pm to HarveyBanger
Bring it to a landfill I guess.

Front loader. Not sure I’ve ever heard of a top load dryer

The Craigslist free stuff section is another place to try. When people move, they will pile their castoffs at the street and post it as a curbside special or come and get it. Some are funny.

Take out the drum and make a firepit out of it.

Take it to the street anyway. Some scrap guy will be by to pick it up in a matter of a few hours or less, so it won't be out long.
Or better yet if you're concerned about it, just stop one of those scrap guys on the street and let them come get it. I see them in N.O. almost daily in their pickups looking for stuff.

Put it at the road with a sign saying £
$50. It will get stolen with the quickness.

Yeah but be careful. You may end up with weirdos showing up.

Your right it is a washing machine. I got mixed up for a second. I have a dryer too that one is coming with me
Posted on 9/7/18 at 6:58 am to HarveyBanger
Set it out in front of your trailer and someone will take it. Probably a neighbor.
