Just go in everyday and do a real half-assed job. Do the absolute minimum you need to do to not get fired.
This.
No one should live stressed out for someone else’s profit.

frick the bosses wife and his secretary
the situation should quickly resolve itself then
this is the best job market in 40 years, if you cant find a better higher paying job with more perks and benefits its only because you havent really tried to.

As soon as you start thinking that you hate your job, start looking for something better

When they wanted all the sales reps to come in at 5:00 in the morning for sales training the day after the election to make sure we didn’t sleep in. Needless to say I didn’t make it and resigned on Thursday.
That’s one of the most fricked up employment -related stories i’ve heard in a while.. i dont think i woulda made it til Thursday lol
I just wonder how the conversation goes amongst management when instituting a policy like this? “Hey, here’s an idea- Let’s make sure these guys cant keep up with an event that only happens once every four years, where they really get to exercise democracy in action... frick em, lets make sure they either come in on 3 hrs of sleep, or they dont show up at all!”
Maybe they were just trying to figure out a way to cut down on some of their workforce and costs by having people like yourself resign.

Manage your money and your health. A lot else will fall into place if you take care of those two.
Drive a paid of car, live within your means, always have that cushion so if the time comes when you wake up hating life just quit go find something else.

Living in a van down by the river and living on a diet of government cheese doesn't sound so bad.

Steal everyone's money, and bet it all on red.
Spice up life.

If it’s a hard time but temporary stick it out. Your position or title could change.
If it has sucked for a long time and you’ve plateaued, start looking for something different.
One thing all men should learn: if you don’t like what you’re doing.. do something different. The older generation thinks you should stick with it and man up, this is not true. It’s not worth the lack of peace in your heart at the end of the day.

You spend a quarter of your adult life at work. A quarter sleeping. If it stressful, the other half is spent worrying.
Find something less stressful, it ain't worth it.
Your peace of mind has value.
