Yeah we had them come the night before we had a boat rented on lake Travis. They ended up staying at our house and coming the next day still in their stripper gear. We were the most popular party barge in devils cove

6th Street is pretty sketchy these days. It used to be a bit nicer, but it's basically a nicer bourbon street, with a bunch of underage kids loitering in the street and getting in fights. The bars, for the most part, have no character. Red River north of 6th has some interesting bars, as well as East 6th (east of I35) and Rainey Street.

It's probably too late to rent a boat if you haven't already.

There are a lot better areas but 6th street has the debauchy you're looking for in a bachelor party.

If it was a normal trip out there I'd say Rainey all day

Went there for my bachelor party a year and a half ago.

6th street bars -- Concrete Cowboy (some of the hottest bartenders I've ever seen in a single bar), Bikini's and ask for Casey
Rainey street -- hipster bars/restaurants
Top golf
Shady Grove restaurant for breakfast/brunch. Get the shady thang ("margarita" made with vodka... Will cure any hangover you've got)
Food trucks were awesome
If you stay at the Hampton Inn off MLK Blvd. park as close to the hotel as possible and under the light poles. My buddies car got broken into the last night. 9 hour drive home with a butsed out back window and hungover sucked.

Since you are in Longhorn territory play some Twister while wearing speedos and compliment each others hair.

I've done one bachelor party in Austin. It was a good time even though it was just one day. Air BnB'd a house.

Afternoon paintball
Steak dinner at the house
Ordered two strippers to come serve us our food
Had them stay after dinner for some dancing
Went to a strip club after (not Yellow Rose, but it should've been)
