I go to bed around 10:30pm, and my work day starts at 6:30am.

I go to bed before 9 and wake up at 3:45. I'm not a plant operator but I make sure the company that fixes your plant keeps making money

Typically around 2-ish +/- 30 minutes. Wake up 4-5hrs after I fall asleep. I don't need much sleep.

I work 7-3:30 and live 10 minutes from work, but still get up between 4-5am. Go to bed around 8-9.

When I lived in New Orleans, it could be 3am. Glad I'm not doing that anymore. It was exhausting.

After graduating, the majority of my jobs had a start time of 7AM or 7:30AM. So, I've been waking up between 5-6AM. I normally fall asleep around 10-10:30PM, but sometimes stay up until 11PM. My internal clock is pretty much set on this schedule. Even if I stay up late like on the weekends or a holiday, I still wake up before 8AM.

Guess again slapnuts. I don’t work in the hotels but I sleep there. Topic is what time ya go to bed. Out on the road each day helping customers in whatever area I travel to.

I used to be in bed between 9-10pm, up at 4am to go to the gym. Now that I have a 3 week old, I don't really go to bed, I just take long naps
